1. Eligibility of Return

We accept the return under the following conditions.

• The request of return is made within 3 days of delivery.
• The product is unused, unwashed and in its original packing with all tags intact.
• The product is not part of any non-returnable category (e.g., gift coupons).
• The product is not damaged by the user after the delivery.
• The user must provide an unboxing video of the product after delivery.
• The user must provide a clear photo of the courier label on the package.

2. Return Process

To initiate the return, please follow these steps.

• Contact us at support@ahamvague.in with your order number and reason for the return.
• Our team will reply back with required photos and videos.
• After reviewing your submission, our team will confirm the eligibility of your return and provide return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Fees

We bear the shipping fees for the following cases.

• For return of defective products.
• For return of different products than ordered.

In other cases, you have to bear the shipping fees for the return.

4. Refund Policy

If you receive a defective or different product, we will arrange a free return and replacement of the product. However, if the product not available in stock or if the delivery faces critical supply chain disruptions, we will refund you the full order amount.

If the return is issued for other reasons (like “not required”), you will get full refund of your order value.

• For online payments, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a unique coupon code of the order value, valid for one year, which can be used for future purchases.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you regarding your refund. The refund process typically takes less than one week.
